Development of a Digital Rental Portal on a Modern Framework

  • We built a unified portal that consists of two separate services for enhanced usability:


    Tenant Service – registration and apartment search.
    Landlord Service – registration for listing rental properties.

    Both platforms are connected to a central system, forming a booking platform that allows users to browse available apartments and find suitable options in real-time.

  • Automated Subscription System:

    We implemented a flexible subscription model, enabling users to access premium features through paid plans. This provided the client with a new revenue stream and offered tenants and landlords enhanced platform functionality.

  • Centralized Client Database:

    Now, all clients are managed within a single system, reducing manual workload and speeding up the rental process. The client can efficiently manage users, track deal progress, and analyze data without the need for manual record-keeping.
